CINNAMON
COLD FOAM
This cold foam is balanced with warm cinnamon
flavors, giving you a good excuse to enjoy your iced
coffee or cold brew year-round. Silky and just sweet
enough, this recipe is a simple treat to top off your
early morning brew or midday pick-me-up.
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
F 2 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
F 1 tbsp heavy cream
F 2 tsp brown sugar
F 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
F 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar,
cinnamon, vanilla, milk, and heavy cream.

Using a milk frother (or a small whisk if you don’t
have a frother), froth for 30 seconds—or until
the mixture is thick and silky. It should roughly
double in volume and hold soft peaks.
3.
Spoon the freshly prepared cold foam over
an iced coffee or cold brew of your choice.
Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon on top.
