Welcome from the President
The past year at Messiah Lifeways® has been marked by growth, strategic
adaptation, and purposeful service. I am extremely proud of our collective
achievements as One Team.
One noteworthy accomplishment this year includes the groundbreaking of
Fernecrest—a soon to be vibrant community for older adults that will further
promote connection and meaning.
We also advanced ongoing improvements to our campus through
unprecedented investments in capital projects. Generous Redevelopment
Assistance Capital Program funding has supported us in these initiatives.
In addition, we remain committed to our workforce by recruiting and
retaining talented and dedicated team members through targeted
initiatives. This year, we honored both long-standing employee milestones
and celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Pathways Institute for Lifelong
Learning®, among other signi昀椀cant accomplishments.
Our progress would not be possible without your involvement. Whether
you are a resident, team member, family member, or supporter in another
way, you play an integral role in our ongoing story. Your encouragement,
generosity, and support of our mission drive our continued success.
As we move forward, I am optimistic about what lies ahead. We are
proactively shaping our future together, and I am grateful to continue
