Construction of the Welcome Center Sales Cottage
In November 2024, Messiah Lifeways held a ceremonial groundbreaking celebration
for Fernecrest. In February 2024, the Welcome Center began accepting deposits for
apartments and cottages, ending the 昀椀scal year with 50 deposits and aspirations to
reach the 90 needed to begin construction in early 2026.
