To support and streamline hiring efforts, the Human
Resources team began using Qualify, an AI-powered
platform that helps screen candidates more
ef昀椀ciently. It automates initial assessments, saving
time on manual review, and highlights top applicants
so HR can focus on interviews and engagement. This
allows the team to 昀椀ll roles faster while improving
the overall candidate experience.
Mount Joy Country Homes Transition
Messiah Lifeways announced its intention to transfer ownership of Mount Joy
Country Homes to Pleasant View Communities—a like-minded community with
closer proximity to the Mount Joy Country Homes campus.
Engaging in Industry Education
Messiah Lifeways was featured in a Viewpoint
segment, hosted by Dennis Quaid. Katie Smith
Sloan, President & CEO of LeadingAge, visited
campus to join us in educating about and advocating
for the evolving needs of older adults in this video.
RACP Funding
The PA Of昀椀ce of Budget named Messiah Lifeways as a recipient of $1 million
in funding through the 2024 Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP).
Half of these dollars were allocated to the site preparation and construction
of Fernecrest, and the other half is supporting HVAC upgrades on the
Messiah Village campus.
